Fast and efficient exchange of project data between all participants is one of the core features of Dentadesk.
Uploaded STL data is shown directly in the browser in a 3D preview. STLs can equally be checked on the server side and post-processed.
A completely integrated messaging system, which allows project participants to internally exchange messages about a project. Now everyone in the organization stays up-to-date on what is going on.
After successful production DentaDesk can quickly produce respective delivery and billing documments as PDF. Through their DentaDesk account, customers have an overview of all their billing documents as well as their open balance.
An automated order processing starts from downloading of incoming orders in the production center with forwarding options to external systems, such as CAM, and is being completed in the ERP system of DentaDesk. Here you can also capture serial or charge numbers, create delivery notes or check order data.
The ERP system behind DentaDesk is completely adaptable and can be extended flexibly with new interface features. With this external systems can be linked dynamically in order to automate processing as much as possible.
